As simple as that!

Defining personal responsibility depends on each individual and their idea of what responsibility is. Personal responsibility has a few very important aspects. One important aspect is understanding the definition of play and work. (Now in some cases responsibility does not have to be considered work) It is about doing the things that NEED to be done FIRST, and doing the things you WANT to do LAST! Another important aspect is getting to know what personal responsibility is. As people progress in age they acquire more responsibility then when they were a child. This distinguishes a lot of young adults from being a child and becoming an adult. Everyone should know personal responsibility because most of the time it leads to accomplishments and success.

When something bad happens and it involved you, exactly when do you know to take some responsibility for it? I believe this depends on the situation itself, however if a situation arises and there is a negative outcome and a person were there they would need to take some responsibility for it regardless. If they were even just a bystander in the situation and they knew the people involved and did nothing to try and stop what happened, the moral thing would be to take some responsibility in the result. Many bad situations can be prevented it just takes someone with a head on there shoulders and a smart brain in their head to prevent it. It does not take alot to stop a situation from progressing. So my advice is people need to be smart and if something bad happens own up and take responsibility for it. Simple as that!

Responsibility is a touchy subject to some people especially if there is pressure or stress that is involved with it. It can definitly effect people who have too much responsibility to even bear. So even though Responsibility is very very very important people need some leisure time as well. So do not procrastinate with all your work and then lighten up and have some fun. (:
